Team roles & permissions

Everyone you add to Trusso has one of four roles:
- Owner — full access, including billing and account settings. Every org has exactly one.
- Co-owner — same day-to-day powers as the owner, including settings and billing.
- Manager — runs the office: customers, leads, jobs, estimates, and invoices. No billing or org settings.
- Crew — field workers. They use the mobile app for their assigned jobs, clock-in, photos, and updates. Crew don't see customer lists, pricing, or financials.
Where roles show up
Owner, co-owner, and manager can import customers, create jobs and invoices, and see reporting. Crew members who open the web dashboard are pointed to the mobile app — their workflow lives there by design.
