Invoices work like estimates: line items, tax, due date, send. Customers can pay online by credit card through Stripe or Square — whichever you already use — and you can also surface your Venmo or Zelle details on the invoice.
Recording payments
Card payments reconcile automatically. For cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle, record the payment on the invoice — Trusso tracks partial payments, keeps a running balance, and updates the customer's lifetime total.
Overdue invoices
Invoices past their due date are flagged automatically so you always know what's outstanding.
