Recurring jobs

Some work isn't one visit — it's every weekday at the same site. Turn any job into a recurring series when you create it (or later, from the job's edit screen): choose daily or weekly on the weekdays you pick, and optionally an end date. You can also just tell the AI assistant — "every Monday and Wednesday until November 1" works.

How a series works

The series is one entry with a job created automatically for each scheduled day, about two weeks ahead on a rolling basis. Your jobs list and map stay tidy — you see one entry per series — while the calendar shows every day's visit where it belongs. Crew see each day's job in the mobile app just like any other job.

• Each day starts and finishes on its own. The day's job flips to in progress at its start time and completes at its end time (or at the end of the day if it has no end time) — no one has to remember to close it out.
• Crew payouts are per day. Each completed day generates that day's payout for the assigned crew, so pay tracks the work actually done.
• Edits carry forward. Change the series' title, times, notes, or crew and every future day picks up the change. Days already worked stay as they were.

Ending or changing a series

Remove the repeat setting from the series to end it — future days are cancelled, past days keep their history. Deleting the series does the same in one step. You can also reschedule or edit a single day's job without touching the rest of the series.
