Business vs residential customers

Customers in Trusso are residential by default. For commercial work, tick Business customer on the customer form and record the Business/Organization name alongside the contact person.

• The customer list marks each row with a building icon (business) or home icon (residential), and shows the organization name under the contact's name.
• CSV imports tag business customers automatically whenever the file has a business/organization name column with a value.
• If a business row has no contact person's name, the organization name is used as the display name.
